You know what's odd and also crappy? Having a hypomanic episode while you're sick. I CANNOT SLEEP AND WANT TO DO EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD BUT EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD IS ALSO REALLY ANNOYING AT RANDOM INTERVALS LIKE SCRATCHY NAILS ON MY SKIN. But I need sleep to get better and I can't do the thing. Growl.
Regardless, I'm at least trying to channel some of that energy into making things -- like Shimejis! Yey! I'm in the process of making Legashi and so far I have a total of... one frame! Well, that's a start, right?
In other news I got back from SacAnime this past weekend. We didn't get to them early enough to snag a table, but we plan to for Summer Sac. Everyone there was super awesome and fun to talk to -- and to commission! I got a few done of Legashi and Pegasus (Yu-Gi-Oh!; in case anyone had their doubts). Those can be found on my general tumblr ( --> noselfpreservation.tumblr.com/ <-- ). I was Yami no Bakura on Friday, Duelist Kingdom Ryou on Saturday, and Battle City Ryou on Sunday. I was the only Yami no/Ryou Bakura cosplayer I saw all con... it was very strange and unsettling. WHERE ARE MY BRETHREN?
And speaking of commissions, I might be setting those up after I get what I already have done and get over this cold! So check back for those!

Life has just been horrible this year. On the plus side, I've gotten back into drawing with any kind of regularity. Sorry I disappeared. I had personal troubles and had to take some downtime for myself. I'm hopefully alright enough to respond to people and finally finish/send off the commissions.

I now have a tablet AND Photoshop, SO GUESS WHAT? You're gonna be seeing a lot more art from me! And now that I'm back from con and settled in, I actually have time to do the commissions -- I had to sew my own cosplay and it's the first time I've ever done that. Sewing is a time-vampire... /sweats
I'm totally willing to upgrade everyone's commissions for free because it's been such a long wait. Thank you guys so much.♥ I need to pay off this tablet, pffft. You help me so much!!

Hello, devART! I'm having a rough time monetarily and I beg and plead you to think about commissioning me if you can! Because I'm trying to earn quickly, I'm bumping my prices down from where I would normally place them. Think of this as a sale!
I now have some access to Photoshop and a tablet, though it is not my tablet and it is not my computer that has the program! Because of this, I can mostly only work on digital art at night. I am offering sketch commissions, inked, and digitally colored! I do not currently have a scanner, so traditionally sketched works will be photographed and edited for the best quality that way.
